ADROP’s core mission is to help match people’s needs with programs and resources—our work continues to grow because of meaningful partnerships and the dedication of people who deeply care.

Throughout the past two months, students from Saint Joseph’s University have been learning more about ADROP’s three programs — Wellness, Education, and Justice — and gaining a deeper understanding of how these programs provide direct services in Philadelphia.
Students have been visiting our offices, meeting staff, and observing the day-to-day efforts that sustain our work. Watching students apply their coursework and engage with thoughtful questions during their visits has shown me firsthand the impact of experiential learning. When education intersects with lived needs, it shapes future professionals and strengthens our communities. We’re grateful to be a small part of that process at ADROP.

In addition, we’re excited to share that we have now been offering case management and mental health support for six months. This expansion has allowed us to deepen our impact through ongoing care coordination and personalized support. We are thankful for our partners at Saint Joseph’s University, Villanova University, Jefferson Methodist Hospital, and Penn Medicine, whose collaboration helps ensure our community members have access to broader systems of care when needed.
As our Wellness, Education, and Justice programs continue to grow, we look forward to sharing more stories, partnerships, and milestones in the months ahead.
