The Unity Health Clinic is a free clinic open to the public that provides basic medical care and screening by appointment. This ever expanding clinic is located at Philadelphia's Health Center #1 (1400 Lombard Street), and is open Tuesday evenings from 5:00PM until 9:00PM.

The medical care and screening at ADROP'S Unity Clinic are provided free of charge by volunteer Nurse Practitioners who hold prescriptive privileges. The Nurse Practitioners administer a limited amount of medication on-site and then encourage patients to utilize area pharmacies, which provide a month's supply of medicines at minimal cost.

All new patients of the Unity Health Clinic are required to register prior to his or her first examination through the completion of a general information form. This form request the following information: patient’s full name, street address and zip, phone number, date of birth, past and present medical conditions, medications currently being taken, and a family history of any chronic medical problems. In addition, any new patient who is currently being treated by another free health clinic must choose for their safety which clinic to receive future treatment from. For the Unity Health Clinic to continue treatment, signed permission is required to obtain any medical records other clinics may have regarding the patient.

Anyone who wishes to become a patient of the Unity Clinic should visit the clinic on a Tuesday evening to schedule an appointment for a future Tuesday evening. PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in patients can be seen on a very limited basis and are NOT encouraged. Scheduling of appointments takes place at the clinic for new patients.

ADROP’S Unity Clinic is opened to all needy adults and currently serves a large number of Indonesian individuals as well as Spanish speakers. Volunteers who can speak INDONESIAN, Mandarin, and Spanish are in high demand. If you are bilingual in one of these languages and would like to volunteer as an interpreter, please contact the ADROP. office for further information. A small hourly stipend is also available for interpreters who are interested in some recompense. The Unity clinic is designated as a practitioner site for Villanova University's College of Nursing. ADROP highly values this relationship.
